With continuous support available, we invite enthusiastic Receptionists to apply for an engaging full-time role. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with no weekend commitments. We are conveniently situated with easy access to public transport and onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting patients, ensuring a positive first impression Scheduling and modifying appointments, handling phone inquiries, and updating patient records Assisting the Practice Manager and clinical team in maintaining the smooth operation of the practice Providing chairside support when necessary Processing payments Managing sensitive information while upholding patient confidentiality Delivering high-quality patient care; fostering and maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly and warm manner

Qualifications:

Ability to remain calm and professional in a dynamic environment Previous experience in reception or customer service is highly valued but not mandatory Experience in a dental practice is appreciated but not essential Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a strong customer focus Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook Excellent communication and organizational skills
