About Our Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology and providing top-notch support to our clients.

As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with system navigation and troubleshooting issues through our SaaS platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting remote support sessions to investigate and replicate reported issues, documenting findings for escalation when necessary.

Develop in-depth knowledge of all the systems and collaborate with the escalations team to enhance service delivery. Meet operational KPIs, such as ticket closures, response time, and Customer Satisfaction (NPS), ensuring exceptional service quality.

About You:

You will need previous experience in a software/IT support role, with prior experience in a support call centre being beneficial. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, both internally (team) and externally (customers and business partners), are essential.

A general understanding of technology and proficiency in troubleshooting techniques through phone communication are necessary. A detail-oriented approach and demonstrated problem-solving ability are also required.
