Technology Support Expert

The role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. You will handle escalated cases from junior support technicians, assist with maintenance, updates, and enhancements of our systems and technologies.
About The Job- Respond to and resolve technical support requests related to business applications, including software platforms and cloud streaming services.
- Evaluate and implement improvements to existing systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation of support procedures and contribute to knowledge base development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to business applications and systems.
- Escalate critical issues to senior-level support technicians or vendors as necessary.
- Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to align support efforts with strategic goals.
- Participate in testing and rollout of new features or upgrades to business systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support roles with advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with specific software applications or technologies related to Broker Management Systems.
