Senior Public Relations Specialist

As a seasoned professional in Public Relations, we are seeking an experienced individual to spearhead our PR efforts. This is a newly created position due to our rapid growth across multiple markets.
This role will involve developing and executing strategic PR strategies, building relationships with media contacts, and creating high-quality content to enhance audience experience and awareness.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a Public Relations role, a strong track record of media pitching, and tertiary qualifications in PR, Communications or Marketing. They will also possess exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as strong verbal communication skills.
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative team player who can work independently and think creatively to deliver client outcomes.
About You- You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Public Relations role.
- A proven track record of successfully pitching media work is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in PR, Communications or Marketing (or a similar field) are required.
- Develop and execute creative and strategic PR strategies and initiatives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with media contacts and clients.
- Create high-quality content and communications in line with client goals and voice.
- Report on outcomes and performance in line with clients' goals and objectives.
