Backend Engineering Opportunity

A greenfield SaaS platform is being re-engineered in Go from the ground up. This presents a chance to join early, influence the technical roadmap, and see your ideas land directly in production.

The environment features modern infrastructure, including Go microservices in Kubernetes, APIs (including GraphQL), cloud-native systems built to scale nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Golang Engineer:
    • Develop architecture and code quality standards
    • Collaborate with technical stakeholders on new services and features
    • Mentor and develop engineers, helping scale the team as the platform grows
    • Contribute directly to core Golang microservices
  • Senior Golang Engineers:
    • Own backend feature delivery end-to-end
    • Collaborate within a strong engineering team
    • Contribute ideas that influence architectural choices

Requirements:

  • Commercial Go experience minimum 3 years
  • Strong backend engineering and system design skills
  • Ability to own complex features from concept to deployment
  • Leadership experience for Lead role (mentoring, guiding projects or teams)
  • Experience in microservices/Kubernetes/cloud environments
