About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our leisure centres. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, from taking their orders to serving them with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service - Provide top-notch service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service - Serve food and beverages to customers, handling cash transactions and operating point of sale systems efficiently.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the work area, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork - Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current Resuscitation certification.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling requirements.
