Job Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Lawyer to join our Commercial Dispute Resolution Team in Campbelltown. Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PQE and a keen interest in Dispute Resolution, with aspirations for long-term career growth within our team.

The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to a diverse range of commercial and equity matters, including building and construction disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, employment law, and wills and estates litigation.

The role involves assisting solicitors with matter conduct across various jurisdictions, attending client conferences, contested hearings, and mediations, preparing briefs to Counsel and Court Books, drafting advices to clients, and undertaking legal research.
