Property Lawyer Role

This challenging position involves acting on significant property acquisitions, disposals and developments, drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial, retail and industrial leases for major landlords and tenants, and advising on easements, subdivisions, and titling issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act on high-profile property deals involving commercial, retail and industrial properties.
  • Draft, negotiate and advise on lease agreements for major landlords and tenants.
  • Provide guidance on easement, subdivision and titling matters.
  • Collaborate with major corporates, property developers, REITs and private clients.
  • Take ownership of files with genuine client interaction while working on high-stakes transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6+ years' experience in property law (acquisitions, developments or leasing preferred), strong drafting skills and attention to detail, and be ambitious to progress with excellent communication skills.
