Senior Change Enablement Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess extensive experience in business analysis, process design, and organizational transformation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change enablement within both public and private sectors, with a strong background in ITSM alignment and service transition.
  • Able to work effectively within SIAM governance models, driving stakeholder engagement and successful change delivery.
  • Proven ability to design and implement sustainable change frameworks, minimizing service impact and maximizing business value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in dynamic consulting environments is highly desirable.
