Senior Cloud Data Solutions Expert

As a seasoned professional in cloud data architecture, you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge data platforms using Databricks and modern cloud technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our team of experts in shaping the future of data architecture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures that cater to current, transitional, and future states.
  • Lead the integration of Databricks solutions for core data platforms, ensuring seamless scalability and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reuse, scalability, and compliance in every design.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring architecture alignment and quality standards.
  • Mentor architects and analysts while collaborating with vendors and partners to foster innovation and growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in solution architecture, preferably within the financial services sector. A minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in architecture or design roles, is required. Strong knowledge of Databricks, cloud platforms, data architecture, and APIs is essential. Experience in architecting using cloud-based data platforms is highly desirable. Background in software design, agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks is also required. TOGAF certification or equivalent is preferred. Excellent communication and consulting skills are necessary for effective stakeholder engagement.
