The Role:

Our maintenance division specializes in the upkeep and servicing of fleet vehicles, earthmoving machinery, and stationary engines. Reporting to the maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for yard duties within the workshop, including receiving and dispatching goods, organizing the yard and workshop, cleaning vehicles, and assisting mechanics and technicians with tasks such as:

  • controlling inwards and outgoing materials, tools, and goods
  • organizing the workshop and warehouse, maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and functionality
  • cleaning work vehicles, trucks, plant, and equipment
  • moving machinery, plant, and vehicles around the facility
  • assisting mechanics and technicians with servicing and repairs
  • performing deliveries and pickups at various sites
  • assisting mechanics and technicians at various sites

About You:

This role is suitable for someone with a background in warehousing or a similar field. Ideally, you will have knowledge of tools, engines, and basic mechanical skills. You will be provided with a company vehicle, so a clean driving record is essential.

  • pass a drug and alcohol test
  • hold a Construction Industry Card (White Card)
  • possess a forklift ticket
  • be mechanically inclined and confident with basic tools
