Diesel Equipment Technicians Wanted in QLD

About the Role
Our client, Robuk Engineering, is a leader in innovation and quality. We are seeking skilled Diesel Equipment Technicians to join their team in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements.
- Perform workshop repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, fuel systems, steering systems, transmissions, brake systems, hydraulic valves and cylinders, and electrical starting, charging and accessories.
- Liaise with the spare parts team to determine required parts for repairs.
- Complete repair and services within reasonable time frames.
- Process workshop service/repair documentation on a daily basis.
- Work safely, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, and comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H) legislation.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and customer-focused skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A warm personality and an open-minded attitude.
- Self-motivation.
- A good technical background experience.
- A hard worker with a practical personality.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Good team spirit, with experience working in a small team an advantage.
What We Offer:
Up to $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development in a growing business.
