Automotive Parts Sales and Service Coordinator

Job Description:

The role of the Automotive Parts Sales and Service Coordinator is a dynamic position that requires strong communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales enquiries, preparing service quotes, and providing excellent customer support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess mechanical knowledge of automotive parts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is also essential. Additionally, the ability to coordinate sales tasks, prepare accurate quotes, and maintain effective communication with customers and workshop staff is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate sales enquiries and prepare service quotes
  2. Utilize knowledge of automotive parts to accurately quote service costs and time estimates
  3. Provide excellent customer service by supporting a diverse customer base and exceeding their expectations
  4. Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and product support
  5. Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick-packing duties as needed

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a Diesel/HV or similar role preferred
  2. Mechanical understanding and knowledge of automotive parts
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  4. Strong customer service and communication skills
  5. Ability to coordinate sales tasks and prepare accurate quotes
  6. Flexibility to assist with warehouse duties when required
