
BMS System Specialist Position Available

About the Role:
The BMS System Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading the building management system, ensuring its optimal functionality and performance. This includes managing software and hardware updates, monitoring system health, making recommendations for improvement, and overseeing project work.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining and Upgrading Building Management Systems
- Managing Software and Hardware Updates
- Monitoring System Health and Making Recommendations for Improvement
- Oversseeing Project Work and Ensuring Integration of BMS in Major Construction Projects
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
A High Level of Technical Competency in BMS and Related Control Products/Devices, Including HVAC, Access Control, CCTV, and Security Access Systems
A Solid Understanding of Air Conditioning Principles and Systems is Essential, as is the Ability to Provide a Consistently High Level of Building Maintenance Across All Facets of Fixed Plant and Equipment
Experience Coordinating Mechanical Equipment Installation, Refurbishment, or Commissioning is Highly Desirable
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Excellent Communication Skills and Be Able to Communicate Well Across All Levels of an Organisation, with a Wide Range of Stakeholders
Problem-Solving and Analytical Fault-Finding Ability is Also Essential, with at Least One Year of Experience Operating in this Field
