**The Role**

Our client is an award winning national Mechanical Services Contractor. They are seeking a
**BMS Technician / Project Engineer** to join their projects and service delivery team.

This role will involve project and service commissioning, maintenance, trouble shooting, sales assistance, repair and project management support for our clients' BMS (Building Management Systems) assets.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Engineering and managing of projects
- Effectively diagnosing problems and performing service work on controls for HVAC systems
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Programming and maintenance on various BMS systems
- Attending call-outs
- Complying with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in BMS/HVAC systems.
- Current electrical licence/refrigeration licence
- Minimum 2 years industry experience in BMS, HVAC, Security, Fire, Refrigeration or Electrician work
- Sound knowledge of Air Conditioning Systems. Knowledge of Access Control/CCTV/ Security Systems would be an advantage
- Relevant trade tickets essential.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
