Electrical & BMS Professional Opportunity

- Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings to meet technical specifications and deadlines.
  • Design, install, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize building operations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and BMS issues, conducting repairs as needed to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop and implement electrical and BMS solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on BMS functionality and operations to enhance their understanding.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to project activities for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent qualification to ensure foundational knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Proven experience in Mechanical Electrical and BMS installations in a commercial or industrial environment to demonstrate expertise.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building automation technologies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with various BMS platforms and software to streamline installation and maintenance processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional client support.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required to access facilities.
