At the heart of this role is building enduring relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and expand service offerings. Our ideal candidate will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop sales strategies focused on new business opportunities and proactive client engagement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for increased client value.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet client needs and expectations.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to expand service offerings, generate new opportunities, and achieve incremental sales growth.
  4. Deliver presentations and pitches onsite and online to demonstrate performance capabilities and showcase our expertise.
In this key position, you will be responsible for:
  1. Analysing client data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted solutions to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  2. Creating costings and quotations that accurately reflect the value we bring to our clients.
  3. Driving process improvements and exploring new ideas to enhance our services and stay ahead in the market.
  4. Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and support to our clients.
  5. Working independently, driven by a passion for delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
