We are seeking an experienced Employment Coach to join our team. As an Employment Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping people with disability, injury, or health conditions find meaningful employment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and create career opportunities for clients by matching them with suitable and sustainable roles.">">
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health conditions.">">
  • Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.">">
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.">">
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.">">
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.">">
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.">">
  • Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.">">

What You Will Bring:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">">
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (desirable)">">
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively">">
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions">">
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans">">
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills">">
  • Current Driver's License (essential)">">
