We are seeking a Job Coach to join our team. As a Job Coach, you will have the responsibility for shaping the future for people looking for sustainable employment through the Disability Employment Services contract. You will interact with people across all stages of the employment placement journey and work closely within the team to deliver excellence in employment outcomes.

The role involves leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans, supporting job seekers to develop confidence and build skills to re-enter the workforce, adhering to government contractual requirements within a quality & compliance framework, post placement support of job seekers and employers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and working with employers to manage employer vacancies.

You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of personalized employment plans
  • Supporting job seekers to overcome barriers to employment
  • Fostering strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
  • Providing ongoing support to job seekers and employers

You will be required to:

  • Hold full Australian working rights
  • Have a valid Police Check & WWCC
  • Hold a valid Drivers License and access to a vehicle
