Job Title: Inclusive Employment Services Manager

We are seeking experienced and high-performing professionals to lead teams across sites and regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect the values of the organisation and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and community mental health sector.
