SUMHIIT Fitness is an innovative fitness franchise that offers a unique, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) experience. Our sessions condense 50 minutes of intense exercise into just 35 minutes, led by expert coaches. Participants engage in alternating intervals of vigorous cardio and strength training, fostering a community of fitness enthusiasts who thrive on challenge and camaraderie.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate at SUMHIIT, you will join a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our members. Reporting to the Studio Manager, your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and encouraging potential members to embark on their fitness journeys with us. Your contributions will directly impact the operational success of our dynamic fitness studio and help cultivate relationships within the SUMHIIT community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and a positive attitude to ensure a remarkable customer experience.
  • Engage with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable membership options.
  • Facilitate the sale of memberships, class packages, and retail items to help meet monthly performance indicators and revenue objectives.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of SUMHIIT classes, including managing check-ins and organizing equipment.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the studio, ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with potential members and guests to nurture leads.
  • Encourage community involvement by promoting our referral program and inviting new participants.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives and marketing events to attract new members.
  • Address any concerns from clients or team members effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in the studio's CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for health and fitness.
  • Possesses a Certificate III or IV in Fitness.
  • Prior experience in the fitness industry or studio management is preferred.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
  • Ability to coach fitness classes is essential, with a willingness to support all fitness levels.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, and member engagement.
  • A proactive approach to driving sales through community initiatives and events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Team-oriented mindset with collaborative working abilities.
  • Capable of inspiring and motivating clients.
  • Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and innovative thinker.
