This pivotal position requires a proactive individual to drive the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring optimal time management and focus on key objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective Planning and Coordination: Organise and prioritise schedules to facilitate smooth operations and communication within senior leadership teams.
- Organisational Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, facilitating efficient execution of projects and initiatives.
- Strategic Alignment: Assist in executing company strategies, ensuring alignment across various projects and initiatives.
- Support senior leaders to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
- Liaise between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison for senior leaders and maintain confidentiality when required.
- Plan and orchestrate work to meet senior leaders' priorities, organisational goals, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the business to identify process improvements and maintain efficiency and competitiveness.
This role requires a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor of Business Administration or Diploma in related field (advantageous)
- Minimum five years' corporate experience preferably in the engineering/construction industry
- Proven commercial skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting
- Demonstrated high-level professional judgement in complex and sensitive matters
- A proven team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to cope with conflict and stressful situations
- Advanced level skills with MS Office
