The Global Mobility Services team provides tax advisory services to clients, focusing on providing high-touch, value-add support. The team has experienced significant growth and is recruiting a motivated Senior Consultant to join the high-performing Sydney-based team.
Your Role- Consulting in employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration and strategic placement for multinational organisations expanding internationally.
- Providing holistic international and Australian tax support to senior executives assisting with their global individual tax compliance obligations.
- Assisting organisations with managing tax obligations arising from employee-employer relationships, including employment taxes, international payroll and employee share schemes.
- Working within the wider Workforce Advisory business, collaborating with a young and vibrant national team with a collaborative culture and strong growth mindset.
- Continual professional growth and technical development through on-the-job mentoring and structured learning programs.
- A varied role with opportunities to grow your career and progress within the firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate timelines, action plans and milestones.
- Commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
- Previous experience working in consulting practice or executing compliance and advisory work for clients.
- Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates or employment taxes.
- Ability to work with large data and strong Excel and/or data analytics skills will be beneficial.
- Proven project management skills, including experience working across multiple engagements.
- Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members.
