Global Mobility Manager Role
This is a dynamic role where you will spearhead the future of our clients with strategic mobility solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive employee tax advisory and compliance services.
  • Manage cross-border tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers.
  • Provide expert guidance on global remote work strategies and contribute to workforce planning through innovative mobility solutions.
  • Offer in-depth advice on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories including audit readiness and governance.

Skills And Attributes For Success:
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Develops extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
