We are redefining the way the world thinks about risk. Our cloud-based platform is a comprehensive, flexible and dynamic risk management solution.

This role is key to our success, based in Sydney or Brisbane. You will be responsible for guiding our customers in getting the most out of their enterprise risk management system.

You will manage several accounts across ANZ, develop strong relationships with key users and stakeholders and create and implement growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management or customer success, a solid understanding of risk and compliance, business continuity, crisis management and incident management.

They will be skilled in systems, particularly in SaaS environments, able to think outside the box, possess problem-solving skills and be a real people person.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple accounts, developing relationships with key users and stakeholders, creating and implementing growth plans and being able to work in a highly flexible culture.
