Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team culture and promote quality delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with technologists, traders, and other stakeholders to scope, structure, and deliver multiple projects.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure prompt sharing of status, issues, and options.
  • Manage the Incident Management process and prioritize remediation work against other deliverables.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, internal departments, external partners, and vendors.
  • Oversee the project portfolio roadmap and identify opportunities to increase value and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the capital markets, finance, or technology industry.
  • Background in IT, preferably in infrastructure, platform services, service management, or HFT technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver IT programs or projects that span multiple departments and teams with significant uncertainty.
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
