Job Title: Activation Coordinator

This role supports the media team in delivering high-quality campaigns for clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and has a positive attitude.

  • Pull together specifications and liaise with creative agencies and media owners to ensure smooth delivery of all assets.
  • Check ad placements run as booked, gathering evidence and documenting this, liaising with internal teams and publishers.
  • Learn to buy and track TV campaigns.
  • Monitor digital media performance with support and communicate delivery to the broader team and/or clients.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are trafficked and tracking in line with campaign parameters.
  • Assist in delivering media responses that achieve the best client outcomes, in conjunction with the activation team.
  • Work with media partners directly from brief to implementation depending on medium and campaign scale.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners.
