Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expansion in the sales department. This key role will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, collaborating with account executives to build relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase sales pipeline.

About the Role
  • Research and create outreach materials to engage high-value prospects in partnership with sales teams
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads as sales opportunities and follow up on lead lists to meet/exceed SLAs
  • Execute outbound sales plays created by marketing and initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from marketing
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning and qualify interest and viability
Requirements
  • A track record of top performance or prior success in business development
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
