Data Insights Manager Role Overview

This is a hybrid position based in Australia that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an enhanced data strategy to elevate risk management and compliance capabilities across our organization.
  • Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Analyze and interpret risk and compliance data, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards and reporting tools to effectively communicate key indicators to various stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • University-level qualifications in information technology, data science, computer science, or business administration.
  • Experience in governance, regulatory compliance, or legal areas, particularly within a regulated financial services environment in Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom.
  • A strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence practices, and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and boards.
