This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions that power insights, AI features, and innovation across our business.

We are looking for a senior professional with experience in driving platform strategy, scaling-up and accelerating innovation, enabling responsible AI adoption, and delivering trusted, compliant, and user-friendly data capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and developing a full suite of Data & AI platform services, spanning core data, analytics, MLOps, AI development, third-party integrations, and governance.

You will provide 'platform as a service' with a focus on strategic alignment and iterative execution with user feedback, communicate platform vision and value clearly across technical and executive audiences, and enable fast, safe innovation through providing the right infrastructure for exploration.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading all aspects of public or internal platforms, defining services, leading roadmaps, and coordinating end-to-end delivery and operations.

They will also have strong knowledge of data, analytics, ML, GenAI, governance, and quality, with practical application to real-world use cases, and experience applying design thinking and user research techniques to product development.
