About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant with Collar Group, you will be responsible for managing your own 360 recruitment desk, including screening, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, business development, client meetings, and post-placement care. You will cultivate strong client relationships and proactively identify top-tier talent, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and clients.
