Job Title: Infrastructure Development Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial or residential construction projects, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from concept through completion
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (minimum 2-4 years)
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
