About Us

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Professional to join our dynamic kitchen team. Our restaurant is known for its unique fusion of flavors and energetic atmosphere.

  • As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work nights and weekends. You will work closely with our Head Chef and senior team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Work on various stations as required, including hot, cold, and grill areas.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues.
About You:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a CDP in a similar quality restaurant environment is required.
  • You should possess strong culinary and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A self-motivated professional with a proactive approach and keen initiative is essential.
  • You must have a positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
