We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathology Specialist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with communication needs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage an allocated caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services to individuals of all ages and abilities.
This role involves working with children, adults, and neurodivergent populations to assess and implement effective communication strategies.
You will have the chance to gain experience across all clinical areas across the lifespan and contribute to a purpose-driven team that prioritizes professional development and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
- Deliver early intervention services to infants 0-5 years old, including speech sounds, early language, feeding, and school-readiness.
- Assess and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) solutions for children and adults with communication difficulties.
- Work with adults to improve functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management skills.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
- A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS and leading and supporting others.
