About the Role

As a Career Growth and Development Leader, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting a high-performing team to deliver person-centered support, helping clients build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful sustainable work. Working closely with employers, you will strengthen partnerships that create real opportunities for inclusive employment.

This role is all about coaching your team to achieve outcomes, driving performance, and making a genuine difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing development of your team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.

You will translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets. Your expertise will guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support. You will also build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
