We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, engagement initiatives, and learning experiences that drive business outcomes and foster a values-driven workplace culture.
About the Role- Act as a brand advocate, living and breathing our values while inspiring others to do the same
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives that showcase who we are and what we stand for
- Design and deliver engaging training for everyone - from new starters getting their first taste of hospitality to leaders stepping into their next chapter
- Drive our learning platform and make it the go-to space for growth, development, and curiosity
- Equip managers with the tools and confidence to coach, mentor, and inspire their teams
- Identify opportunities to position us as a leader in employer brand with a strong employee value proposition within the hospitality sector
- Significant experience in learning, training, or engagement (hospitality experience is a plus)
- A confident facilitator - you love standing in front of a group and making learning stick
- Creative flair for building programs, campaigns, and activations that people want to be part of
