Key Role: Assistant Manager

">About the Position:

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in leading and developing a passionate retail team. You will take full responsibility for the store when the manager is away, drive daily sales targets and team performance, foster an exceptional customer experience every time, oversee your own department within the store, ensure visual merchandising and store presentation is on point, and bring the brand to life through your personal style and customer connections.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the store manager in leading and developing a passionate retail team
  • Take full responsibility for the store when the manager is away
  • Drive daily sales targets and team performance
  • Foster an exceptional customer experience every time
  • Oversee your own department within the store
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation is on point
Requirements:

We are looking for a natural leader who has a genuine love for fashion, especially boho-inspired style. You should be able to lead by example, bring a team together, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, be committed to delivering amazing customer experiences, enjoy analyzing stock and driving results, love cultivating a feel-good, welcoming store atmosphere, and be ready to build a retail career.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion, Jewellery or Homewares retail, leadership potential, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for inspiring customers through product knowledge and style, flexibility to work a rotating roster including Mondays, Sundays, and peak trading periods (including Christmas), and a willingness to grow with us.
