About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Team Leader to join our Plena Healthcare team. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant rostering of our clinical team members.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and analyze workforce management key performance indicators (KPIs), including task turnaround times, leave approvals, and data integrity expectations. You will also be responsible for preparing payroll files, reconciling leave entries, and responding to payroll and invoicing queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain process maps and documentation to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations
  • Complete monthly workforce planning tools to analyze and assess workforce size and capability
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance team productivity and efficiency
  • Provide leave cover for rostering team members and ensure all team tasks and responsibilities are being actioned in a timely manner
  • Recruit and onboard new rostering team members, and provide performance management and feedback
Requirements
  • Proven experience in rostering and scheduling, with a strong understanding of workforce management principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • NDIS workers screening, National Police clearance, and Right to work evidence
