Dedicated Workplace Health and Safety Law Specialist

This is an exceptional chance to work with a respected legal team specializing in workplace health and safety law. The team handles significant WHS prosecutions, compliance matters, and investigations across both public and private sectors.
About the RoleYou will work alongside senior practitioners who have led landmark industrial manslaughter prosecutions and advised on major state-wide compliance projects. Your responsibilities will include advising on incident response, enforcement notices, and regulatory engagement, conducting WHS prosecutions, providing strategic advice on safety and compliance matters, and acting for regulators, government bodies, and select private clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Associate-level lawyer with a strong focus on WHS and regulatory law
- Comfortable managing complex files and working under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
Experience with prosecutions, inquests, or complex advisory matters is highly regarded. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their expertise in WHS law and take on challenging, impactful matters in a supportive team environment.
