We are seeking a talented and inspiring Relationship Manager to join our Perth team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing and further developing a varied client portfolio, fostering client relationships at C-suite level, and meeting all client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume overall responsibility for the account portfolio and achieve account retention and revenue growth targets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and solutions.
  • Develop and manage effective relationships with clients, providing strategic account planning and execution.
  • Represent Computershare at events, conferences, and client forums.
  • Conduct fee reviews and contract negotiations, and contribute to budget and forecasting processes.

You will possess exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, and well-developed commercial acumen.
