Key Responsibilities- Assume overall responsibility for the account portfolio and achieve account retention and revenue growth targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and solutions.
- Develop and manage effective relationships with clients, providing strategic account planning and execution.
- Represent Computershare at events, conferences, and client forums.
- Conduct fee reviews and contract negotiations, and contribute to budget and forecasting processes.
We are looking for a strong client service professional with a track record of achieving budgeted goals and key metrics. You will possess exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, and well-developed commercial acumen. A proactive and can-do attitude is essential for success in this role.
Desired Experience- Understanding or experience in a similar role in professional services, financial services, or technology.
