About the Position
We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to process accounts payable and receivable, maintain invoices, and reconcile daily bank and credit card transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain invoices incoming and outgoing
- Input creditor invoices into our system
- Reconcile and process daily bank and credit card transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Experience with Reckon Accounting software or similar
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role
- Professional communication skills with fluent English (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia
- Diploma in accounting (desirable)
- Experience with goods importation process (desirable)

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
