Drive Operational Excellence as a Business Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Lead Business Operations Specialist to drive cross-functional outcomes and success by leading the Business Support Services team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys project management, contract management, training and competency, and health safety environment. The role requires strong leadership skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business operations, with experience in strategic sourcing, project reporting, analysis, and governance.
- Familiarity with training and competency best practices is essential.
- A degree in business or a related field is required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Business Support Services team to achieve business objectives.
- Driving strategic sourcing activities to achieve optimal delivery and spend outcomes.
- Providing advice and assistance on training and competency best practices.
- Ensuring all health safety and environment systems and goals are introduced and adhered to.
