Project Manager - Major Capital Projects

Leading the delivery of major capital projects at a pivotal role ensures successful project execution and meets key standards. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational goals. With substantial experience in infrastructure-based organisations and expertise in project management or relevant disciplines, you will lead planning, scheduling, and cash flow forecasting for larger planned works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site leadership supporting safety and environmental management systems for contractors and crews.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, capturing risks and ensuring mitigation measures are in place.
  • Engage with stakeholders and customers to manage communication and project documentation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or relevant discipline OR trade qualification OR Certificate III/IV Water Industry Worker.
  • Substantial experience working for a large infrastructure-based organisation in an operational environment.
  • Considerable experience managing construction and/or maintenance projects including managing contractors.
  • Well-rounded stakeholder management skills and a proactive transformation mindset.
