As an Event Producer at Imagination, you will be responsible for the production of a world-class, gala awards experience for a leading Australian brand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the project team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Managing venue logistics, including venue selection, setup, and management.
  • Overseeing the design and production of event materials, including print and digital assets.
  • Coordinating with the creative team to develop floor plans, mud-maps, and other event design elements.
  • Managing the production of award trophies, screen content, and other event assets.
  • Working with the client to design, set up, and approve printed assets, including award winners, venue signage, and wayfinding.
  • Managing signage and site branding, including digital signage, floor and seating plans, and printed signage.
  • Coordinating registration requirements, including naming badges, lists, seating plans, and guest arrivals.
  • Managing photography and briefing on event requirements.
