Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 12 years of experience in financial services, particularly in retail banking and consumer finance products such as credit cards and loans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with Stakeholders:
  • We require an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can effectively liaise with business product owners, user experience designers, legal and compliance teams, and technical teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in an Agile environment and be able to generate business requirements on business-critical tech-focused projects.
  • Requirements Ownership:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ownership of requirements through to delivery, managing scope, requirements, and delivery of in-house development streams.
  • They will also identify business gaps between "as is" and "to be" states across multiple projects and recommend solutions to achieve targeted business outcomes.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in financial services, particularly in retail banking and consumer finance products.
  • Hands-on experience in liaising with business stakeholders and communicating delivery.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and ability to generate business requirements on business-critical tech-focused projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to detail requirements into user stories for developers.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to play a mentoring role for the wider team and foster a collaborative environment.
