Telecommunication Trades Worker Opportunity

Australian Training Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecommunication Trades Worker. This is a full-time, 24-month traineeship located in Slacks Creek, QLD.

This traineeship offers a rewarding opportunity to learn essential telecommunication trades work in an exciting and ever-changing industry. As a Telecommunication Trades Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Fibre slicing and installation
  • Assessing installation requirements and testing equipment
  • Assisting with installations and providing technical support

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills, a current QLD driver's licence, and a valid white card. You should be a reliable and well-organized individual who is keen to advance in the telecommunications industry.

This position is full-time (38 hours per week) and offers the opportunity to earn while you learn. Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply, with relevant training provided. Successful applicants will be paid under the National Training Wage Award.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working in a team environment with a friendly and fast-paced team
  • Providing technical support and assistance with installations
  • Assessing installation requirements and testing equipment
