About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Project Engineer to join our team at HRG. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the construction and installation of telecommunications wireless projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegating tasks and managing sub-contractors and teams to ensure project delivery
  • Building and constructing telecommunications wireless projects to the highest standards
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients and sub-contractors, to ensure effective communication and project success
  • Identifying and resolving project dependencies to ensure timely completion
  • Conducting site audits and pre-start checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in telecommunications project management, with a focus on wireless build projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project dependencies
  • Commitment to quality and safety, with a focus on delivering projects to the highest standards
