Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Onsite Manager for our residential portfolio.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of property management, including dispute resolution and submissions.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of documentation related to residential tenancy in accordance with legislation.
  • Coordinate leasing inspections and market vacant properties.
  • Compile timely and accurate reports on property performance and provide information to key stakeholders.
  • Set up and maintain legal and financial aspects of the portfolio using property management software.
  • Provide regular updates on local market trends and changes in legislation.
  • Conduct property inspections and arrange necessary works.
  • Handle tenant queries, complaints, and needs.
  • Meet requirements of Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and relevant legislation.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the property and compliance with building procedures.
  • Maintain positive relationships with guests, tenants, contractors, owners, and the Body Corporate.
  • Protect business assets through compliance, security, and control.

Requirements:

  • QLD Office of Fair Trading issued Real Estate Agent Licence.
  • Previous experience in property management or building management.
  • Familiarity with Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 and Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
