Key Finance Role

This critical finance position supports the strategic development of our energy retail division. The successful candidate will serve as a primary business partner for the commercial team, providing financial oversight and support for strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with Commercial teams to provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives, pricing, and operational performance.
  • Deliver analysis on revenue, volumes, products, sales, retention, and profitability drivers.
  • Lead forecasting, planning, and analysis for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Drive the Finance workstream for our billing platform transformation.
  • Support acquisition opportunities and business development initiatives.
  • Improve financial processes, reporting, and systems.
Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial finance, FP&A.
  • Knowledge of energy retail billing platform finance capabilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proven business partnering track record with strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with revenue assurance and/or large transformation programs (preferred).
  • Undergraduate degree and professional accounting/finance qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial finance principles, experience in working with commercial teams, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
