Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our corporate planning and performance functions. This key leadership role will support strategic planning, performance reporting, and business improvement across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A graduate qualification in business administration, law, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of integrated strategy, planning, and performance practices.
  • Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership teams and management strategically and operationally.
  • Proven experience preparing reports and papers for executive-level audiences.
  • Initiative and ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • High levels of personal integrity and ethics in contemporary management practices.
About the Role

This is a pivotal role in establishing, embedding, and facilitating an integrated corporate planning and performance framework. The successful candidate will drive strategic alignment, monitor performance, and enable evidence-based decision making to ensure effective delivery of organisational objectives and community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement corporate planning and performance strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for executive-level audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in business administration, law, human resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in corporate planning and performance.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
